  Our membrane systems integrate directly with Insulated Concrete Form              (ICF) builds using high-density antimicrobial geotextile underlayments,                  creating a smooth, cushioned interior without telegraphing panel joints.

• Thermal Core Protection:

           Pairing ICF’s R-20+ continuous dual insulation with an elastomeric                           membrane seals the envelope completely, eliminating subsoil heat loss                     while shielding the concrete core from chemical and hydrostatic wear.

• Zero Structural Cracking Risk:

         While traditional plaster, tile, and quartz finishes crack and leak under                     thermal expansion or ground movement, our hot-air welded membranes               flex without rupturing.
